2) After selecting the product, apply the downloaded coupon on the payment screen

Basic Shipping Guide

- Delivery will arrange only during weekdays (Monday to Friday _ Korea Standard Time)

- The deadline for same-day orders is 12:00 PM, and orders placed after that will be 

counted for the next day.


※ Notice

Please note that it is difficult to specify the date/time for delivery. Follows the schedule of the courier company and delivery driver.




Shipping fee

US$ 24.00 will be charged for orders less than US$ 250 (FREE Shipping on Orders over US$250 )




Delivery Time

We make every effort to complete your order within 7-10 Business days. However, please note that international shipping might take longer due to exceptional circumstances.

(*Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays according to the Korean Standard Time _ GMT/UTC+9)


You can track your order with EFS Tracking system, along with your Tracking number.




Customs & Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Please note that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.

Exchange procedure & notes



STEP1. Please proceed the exchange through the online.

Login → My page “Inquiry” → Exchange/Return → fill in the reason for exchange → Click Apply



STEP2. Please pack the replacement product.

Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage, and then we will arrange the collect procedure.

Please print out the return label(invoice) sent to you by e-mail together with the item upon collection and give it to the driver.

(After requesting the collection, the driver will contact you according to the schedule)



STEP3. After inspecting the product, we will send your requested product immediately.


※ Notice

Exchanges can only be made within 7 days after the delivery date, and it must be in the original condition (hangtag and packaging) in which they were delivered to you.

If you have purchased multiple products (batch delivery), you must return the products in bulk, otherwise we have a right to refuse in refund.

Exchange request over the phone can be processed after depositing into the Pleatsmama's bank account.

In addition, it takes 1 - 2 business days to complete the inspection after receiving returned product.

If the delivered product has any defective or misdelivered, we will pay the full shipping cost and exchange it.

STEP3. Refund will be given after completion of the inspection process.

Returns must be unused with packaging & hangtags upon receipt of the product.

If you have purchased multiple products (batch delivery), you must return the products in bulk, otherwise we have a right to refuse in refund.

If the product is sent to the company without any return request, the return process should be taken around 7 days according to the internal status.

If the delivered product has any defective or misdelivered, we will pay the full shipping cost and exchange it.

Login → My Page “Inquiry” → Cancel button → fill in the reason for cancellation → Select the cancel product → Click Cancel order



STEP2. After completing the cancellation, the order status is updated to refunded.
